& Brag (Larry Smith) - participation up from 3.6 average entries and
8 participants last year to 6 average entries and 11 participants this
year; Contests (Fred Plymale) - no report; Programs (Bill Robbins) -
planned through June; Achievement Program (Pete Birdsong) - 3
certificates awarded to Bill Paulsell for a total of five, 2 to Larry
Smith for a total of 5, and 1 to Tom miller.
Programs were instituted to communicate with recently expired memberships.
