| EDUCATION CHAIR Tom is the NMRA Mid Central Regional Education Chair and has participated in the Boy Scouts of America, Model Railroading Merit Badge program. AP & CREATIVITY CO-CHAIR Bill Paulsell, a retired minister and university president, has an HO layout in the basement. It was recently rebuilt from the benchwork up to enhance its operations potential, and Bill hosts a regular operations session. He is currently working on his Achievement Program certificates, working towards becoming a Master Model Railroader. Bill also has a garden railroad in the back yard. Bill is a past Superintendent.
CONTESTS CHAIR, CREATIVITY CO-CHAIR Fred Plymale is a retired executive of Maytag corporation, and is the founder of Division 10 in its modern institution. He is rebuilding his basement HO layout, and has served Divsion 10 in multiple capacities, including Superintendent. |
